I am having problems with DVD's....

Question

I am having a problem burning dvds. I have Nero 7 and i dont know how to use it properly. I am burning rented dvds as i am going on a long trip soon and i would like some movies to watch. I have used Clone DVD which was by far the best burning program but my trial has run out. When i burn with nero 7 im not sure if im doing it right. My dvds end up not working on my dvd player. Please tell me how to use nero and or what program i should use to burn the dvds.

P.S I have DVD decrypter, DVD43 and DVD shrink

I use dvd shrink and have never had a problem.  It encodes the movie and then uses nero to burn it...depending on how fast your puter is, I've had some movies encode and burn within a half hour.
