I am having problems with email. System is Outlook Express. Sometimes I reply to an email, send it, it goes into the sent items but it is never received and there is no undelivered message. This problem is random and sometimes the recipient gets the email and other times does not. It appears that the lost messages don't end up in a spam box and the messages don't have attachments or content that would be filtered out. I have contacted my email server and they have no idea why this is happening - as far as they are concerned the messages have been sent from them to the recipient server and they have no more control over the process. My business depends on accommodation bookings and inquiries via the internet and without the assurance that messages are being received - the business is under threat.Can you help?ThankyouPeter Walker
