I am having some discomfort on the left side of my pelvis with lower back pain. Should I call my doctor?

I missed 3 periods so the doctor did a pap smear and put me on Provera to induce my period. I had my period but only spotted when I was due for my next one. He also did a colposcopy and a biopsy to be safe. Everything came back fine and he doesn't seem too concerned.

Could be endometreosis or ovarian cysts. Did he do an ultrasound?
