I am having trouble down

Question

I am having trouble down loading my pictures, which was not a problem before. I now show on my desk top ACDsee 10-ACDsee7- ACD photo editor and ACD see 10 photo manager.'
there was also a message that there were certain files that could be affected . It did take me almost a half hour to down load my pictures to night, which was rather frustrating to say the least. do I have to many ACD programes how do I correct the problem. I am almost at the point of trying to find another system.
