I am having trouble figuring out what measurement this pool is!?

I am going to buy a pool from kmart and I found the perfect one! but I am having trouble figuring out what measurement it is! it says it is 8'x27'. but is it 8 ft x 27 ft or is it 8inches x 27 inches?! What is it?
