I am having trouble losing weight, help me please?!?!?

How can I loose weight? I have been eating less. I have a 2 year old and I babysit a 2 year old and a 15 month old. So I can't go outside and walk, so what can I do? I really really need to loose weight.

What are you eating?  If you're eating a lot of sugar then you will still gain weight.  Try to avoid eating anything with sugar. Stay away from soda, juice or carbohydrates.
