I am having trouble synchronising my new tocco from samsung...?

The outlook (ver2003) asks for permission for access to address book but will not accept yes as the answer, it worked once and then not since!

its designed for  Windows XP or Vista or Mac OS with Isync (mac ) or Outlook 2003 full version with  latest SP's only.  it has been trouble on the mac as well try connecting the USB cable then running the sync then disconnect and run ti over bluetooth Only.

that works for me.
