  1. If you don't get it as you say then you don't have the experience or ability to be trying it.

Work on your basic riding skills instead as being splattered over the road is not much fun.

  2. ride out first gear til about 7500 close the throttle all the way (chop) and open it back up all the way as fast as possible. Keep your foot over your brake.

  3. he buddy, driving wheelies has a lot more to do with balance than with the bike - I've seen wheely courses offered with 250 cc 4-stroke street bikes....youtube has some good vids on how-to....

  4. When you attempt a wheelie, try leaning back a little, this will give the bike some extra lift up front. Where you sit, should be back a little as well, but not too much.

  5. more throttle and some extra confidence to give it some ummphhh lol

  6. WHAT !!??? - 'Add' something to your bike...

...Workman always blame their tools - Ah ?

  7. A bit more throttle.

  8. well you should get them pretty good on that bike. i am a big fat @ss and i get awesome wheelies on a yz125 no joke! i even get them in third gear! i am 6'3" 230 pounds. your bike should get great wheelies especialy if you are lighter than me. i had an xr 250 that would even get good 2nd gear wheelies.

  9. first of all how big are u alot of 600s dont have the ump a 1000 has if u can get your bike in second gear rpm up to 8 rpms then pop the clutch but hold on and keep your foot on the back brake slightly dont push it hard just drag it and stay on the gas that should help you to keep it balanced when u get er up

  10. 600s dont make alot of torque.. give it a break and ....... nevermind I cant justify helping you kill yourself..... oh well replace the front sporcket with one that has one less tooth than stock....you will lose topend but gain the torque needed to pull the wheel up.. just dont blame me when you wad the thing up.....

  11. The best advice i can give you is.....Please read forum choices before you post.

This is "Motorcycle Racing", You would get a better response in "Cars & Transportation"> "Motorcycles"

  12. Doing this on a 600 is not easy @ first because you have to get used to racking up the RPM's in first gear. Pre-loading is a good idea but a little trick you might try "and you must have balance" is placing one foot on the back passenger peg when you pop the throttle. This will help distribute the weight to the rear and give you a better upright stance as the front end raises up! Just remember...wheelie's are cool looking but doing them will tear up your bike faster!
