  1. get a lesson from a teaching pro at a golf course best money spent a lot easier on your back .and ask for some practice clues to get you out of which are doing wrong

  2. Get to the range.  Check your alignment and ball position.  Make sure you are not too far away from the ball, and try moving the ball more forward in your stance.  Make sure you are hitting down on the ball vs. trying to sweep the ball up in the air.  Fairway woods need a descending blow, not an upsweep like a driver.  Also, keep your body and knee flex constant, do not lift up or tilt up or look up during the swing.  Finally, get a lesson if you can't cure it your self.

  3. You might be thinking about too many things when you are trying to hit the ball. Try watching the back of the ball when you are hitting the wood, try this off a tee at first, once you get the hang of it than do it off the ground. Good Luck.

    Have a good one...

  4. It sounds to me like you are bent too far forward. With that kind of stance you will only see inconsistent swings.

You need to keep your back straight and stand up a little. Your arms should be hanging straight down when in your stance. If they are a little forward then that's okay to work with as well.

Also, keep your head down until after you hit the ball. Don't worry about where the ball is going until after you strike the ball.

    Hope this helps.

  5. k i think wood isn't your thing just do something else

  6. try keeping your head still and try not to let your body or shoulders drop on your down swing.there will be some movementbut not that much. you may be bending your knees to much thru the swing and causing all of these problems just from doing that

  7. There's some good help guides at http://www.golfguide.synthasite.com.  Ive used most of them and they helped my game greatly.

  8. maybe your hitting the ball on the downswing or your lifting your head up trick I learn is to watch ball with right eye

  9. Last time I had a problem with my woods I sent him in to have knee surgery!

  10. O what a bummer! Sounds like a medical condition you should see a doctor!

Seriously mabye try taking some lessons.

  11. you may be overswinging....trying to hit the ball too hard which is actully causing you poor contact.  Try easing up a bit and see if that is the solution...if not....see a pro so that someone can actually see what is causing you the problem.....anything we give you is only a guess at best.
