I am having trouble with the itunes store?

earlier i couldn't get it to work but now i've figured out the problem but i can't figure out how to fix it. it says itnes cannot connect to the internet to the itunes store.

it says the 'secure link to the itunes store has failed', i clicked help and it said to clear the dns settings, i did that and it doesn't seem to have helped, it won't even let me set up and account on the itunes store.

any suggestions?

this sounds like you have a firewall issue thats blocking the port that the itunes store uses.

it needs the following ports free:-

52,53,4555,5291,6356,6385 and if using sharing of libraries:- 3689 & 5353

try connecting your internet connection.

if that doesn't work, go to the apple website and request some help, and email your question or problem to the iTunes people, then they will reply in probably a few days!
