I think its Marie Digby. Im just guessing. Search for her at YouTube. She sings alot of songs.

lol, Gerard Way(my Chemical romance) sung that at one of the shows over the summer. Um, there's a reamke of it but i 4get the artist. i'm pretty sure if we're talking of the same thing that's it's a rock band. can't remeber who exactly. try youtube maybe? or call whatever station u heardd it on and ask. ^_^
