Comparing yesteryear verses today? need pictures for a poster! Where do I go to find this.........Thanks in advance

Most .gov sites are public domain.

Look around (navigation a bit difficult) the Library of Congress site.  It has lots of good american pics on it and mostly public domain.

search it on the web. it always works for me. just type this;

Pics of (Whatever you want a picture of) and then you will most likely have some good pics!

The best place to look is on the internet. It is legal to copy and print pictures from websites as long as it is for educational purposes and will not be published in a format open to the public.  You will want to give credit to the owner of the pictures by including a list matching the picture title (you can make this up on your own) with the web address.
