I am holding H4 visa, can i seek job in sanjose for part time or full time?

Now I am in India and will be coming to Sanjose in june 1st week. I am having 2 years of IT experience, So how feasible it is to get even a part time job as i am not used to sitting idle i need job desperately.......So can any one suggest me on this
