What will be the extra cost of stopping over in Singapore, as I have a cousin there?

  1. Only a travel agent will be able to tell you a proper price. I went to Oz last year and had a stopover in Hong Kong. I was restricted to which airline I could go on but I didn't actually check how much extra it was, because I didn't start by getting a price for a direct flight.

  2. Assuming you live in the UK, Singapore Airlines will allow you a stopver at Changi, usually not costing anything. It is a great city for shopping (go to Orchard Road for duty free's) and eating out. Hotels are reasonable, the place is spotless, but do not have chewing gum in your baggage, or you might get fined !
