You could look at the molecular structure of two different things and make a structure for each with pingpong balls and straws to show how their molecules are made up .... together with a description of how each molecule works and how the differences in molecular structure of the two things influences their differences, and similarities.....

u can try using a black garbage plastic and then on a sunny day use a hair dryer and blow it into the bag and tie it ,it floats like a balloon. :-)
