  1. skype.com

  2. You need to download the Skype software on both computers here and in Australia. ( www.skype.com ) Then you need to register a log in ID Name. After you have done this you'll need to add a contact with the others log in ID Name. It'll then send a request to the others computer that they can then accept an add to their list of contacts. Then all you have to do is makes sure your both online then make a Skype call. If you've a webcam you can also make a video/ audio call though you'll need to check the setttings are adjusted correctly with skype on both computers. It'll show this in settings option. video. audio. Also a bit more info. If you want to stay online all the time there are phones like the Dualphone 3088, Netgear that connect to only the broadband supply ( not a computer ) that have non stop connection to skype. Also www.three.co.uk have brought out a skype/mobile that can be made use of away from a computer. There is instructions & frequently asked questions info that is available to help with any setup info or ongoing info. with the products or websites. I do hope this has been able to help. Enjoy Skype it's Fun & Free. Take Care + Ta Ta Gaz

  3. You'll both need to sign up for Skype accounts at http://www.skype.com

You can even search online for "Skype Phones" that will plug into your home network and act like regular phones for Skype calls. They aren't very expensive.
