I am in Bangalore and i have a BSNL landline. How do i view my bills online?

I was told to go to the bsnl.co.in portal and register. I did and then i was asked to add my phone account. I selected the circle as Karnataka. Next i had to enter an SSA or STD code. I could not find anything for bangalore. How do i go ahead?

Dear Mr. Ganesh,

The procedure is very simple. Do as follows:-

1. Log on to www.bangaloretelecom.com.

2. Click on " Bills online ".

3. Select " View itemised landline bills online " and click on it.

4. Three boxes will appear on the screen. Which asks your Consumer number ( as appear in your bill ), your telephone number and your mail ID. Fill the detail and submit the same.

Verify the online payment option and select if interested.
