Take your Bus to Pheonix Park, and park & Sleep for a few hrs. Otherwise shop walk up and down grafton side and also the side streets. Jervis Steet Shopping centre. That should kill 3-4 hours.

go on a guiness tour, go to the college to look at the book of trinity...go shopping!

Depends on your mood, presume you're driving the bus are you? A few pints of the black stuff will be out then.

I went to Kilmainham Jail last year and found it very interesting. A drive out to the coast is also worthwhile.
