  1. I don't see why not - the only requirement is that you provide an education at least "equivalent to that of public schools".  Calvert goes way beyond what is offered in the vast majority of public schools, so there shouldn't be any problem.

    From what I can see, you don't have to get your program approved; you can do whatever you like.  Calvert is known for being an excellent program.  Good luck!

    NJ has no specific content laws or proofs required other than the method be comparable to what is taught in NJ public schools.

  3. You can use whatever you want in NJ, there are no requirements, you don't have to show anything to the school district when you pull your child out.
