I am in Ocean city and started skim boarding I suck and hurt myself and told my dad that I will skim tomarrow.

I don't want to hurt his feelings and i am going but what do i do? And this kind of hurt is like \ a thousand fire knives and hot stuff al over your body

I wouldn't put yourself through anymore pain. Tell your dad you'd love to go some other time when you get better. Perhaps he'll give you a couple of tips the next time you go.
