Upon arriving at Napier you could take a shuttle or a taxi to Hastings and they will deliver you to the address you need.

You need to get a flight out of Vanuatu to Auckland which is where the international airport is then you need to get a domestic flight to hastings, and you will need a map or a taxi to get to that address.
