I can't find anything recent about whether the restrictions/ban on Ironite have yet been lifted in Canada.... sorry...

maybe you could switch to chelated iron?..

My dad was a Master Gardner and he used thing like regular vitamins for his plants.   He would grind them up and mix in water or the soil...........Usually if you need to use ironite your PH level is not acidic enough you have several options buy some iron tablets and grind away or use Miracid to make the soil more acidic.  Or just use garden lime....

what u want is rust. plain rust,,rusty nails,anything rusty,,just pu t*t in the ground and it will rust all the way
