I am in USA working for international online company that claims base in usa even though they in thailand...?

they need to claim the expense of my salary to IRS since they claim to be usa company. but, I don't have a w-2 form. how to I go about claiming my income to the IRS? No way I will try to neglect it. IRS is one agency you don't want to mess with ever. but, without a w-2 form how do I go about paying my taxes paid by this company?

Does the Co. take taxes out of your pay?

Do you have a Green Card?
