We all know about the strike at Grangemouth, and that if nobody panic buys things will be alright. Well some ar*ehole has from the back of his 4x4 just filled up 8 jerry cans. Are these people completely thick or what.

I think the most people can store fuel at home is no more than 7 litres ( lawn mower ..  spare fuel for car)

then you need a license and fire regs .... etc

I agree with Knownow't, as soon as they made a fuss about it, it was bound to happen.  I suppose it's just possible that this character has a boat or a big lawnmower, but . . .
