I am in an 8 team/3 keeper fantasy baseball league. I was wanting some feedback on who I should keep?

If I had to choose right now... It would be H.Ramirez & R.Braun....and D.Haren. But what about C.Quentin, Berkman, Sheets...??

Quentin and Braun for hitters. They're both young and very powerful. For the pitcher, probably Haren, because he's pretty young and also very good.
