Education is pretty much the only way.  If you want to get ahead in an international organization, you are looking at at least getting your 4-year degree, plus a Master's or even Ph.D if you want a good job.  It is one of the hardest job markets to break into.  You may want to see if you can volunteer at any of these organizations as that will also help to get your foot in the door.  But in terms of trying to get a paying job with them, right out of high school, there is almost no way.

File your application at any office of the United Nations and show that you have international studies to be accepted for a job probably in other countries.

learn some of the 5 formal languages, study something related like, social working, politics, international law, voluntary work for NGOs. I guess.

Good, my first advice is to get a degree in Law or speaking languages or business administration or engineering or marine biology just to name a few. First ask yourself how you would like to be of service. environmental, climate control, food growth, building, sea life etc. remember it pays to be involved but becoming an expert allows you to lead by example.

I love your spirit and enthusiasm. My recommendation is to participate in your school's Model U.N. club if it has one. If not, check out a neighboring school to see if they have a club. If not, perhaps start your own chapter!

It is never to early to start down a path for international service. You could also write to your senators and congressman, letting them know of your interest in the U.N. and ask for their advice. Finally, as I am sure you are aware, the U.N. has many hundreds of programs running throughout the world which are staffed by volunteers. Look around for a program that interests you in a region of the world that also peeks your interest. Write to the director of that program sharing your enthusiasm for the program and ask him/her if their program would be accessible for a high school volunteer. I'm sure you will get more than one positive response. If not, they will point you in the right direction. Best of luck!

Go to the college or university with the most liberal leaning political science department you can find.  Learn the ins and outs of political pandering, bribery, and theft of government resources.

Then, upon graduation, do an internship with the Democrat National Party Headquarters to learn the basics of the personal destruction of opponents, political lying and deception, pandering to minorities, the giving and accepting of kickbacks, perks, and other forms of political bribery, how to speak effectively to different groups and say absolutely nothing, the making and breaking of promises, and everything else you may need to know to obtain a future job at ANY United Nations office or agency.
