Question:

I am in grade school and for gym we have leaders. and i need exerscises for it and i need really good ones...?

and if u don't know what a gym leader is...then its basically someone who leads stretches for that class.

  1. six count pushups is one of the best excercizes. It is a combination of squat thrust and pushup. Also standing with your legs strait, reach to the floor as far in front as you can and then gradually reach as far back between your feet as you can.  If you allow your knees to bend it isnt much help.


  2. lunges, jogging in places, jumping jacks, trunk twists, pushups, calf stretches, etc. anything upbeat and fun.
