I am in menopause and I cannot lose weight does anyone have ideas?

I excercise (walk alot) I don't eat much

  2. It is typical for women before, during or just after menopause to gain weight, or at the very least, have a lot of trouble losing weight.  One reason for this is that your fat cells take over making estrogen from your ovaries, so you get more and bigger fat cells at menopause.

    If you've been walking for exercise for awhile, it will help to try something different.  Aerobics classes, swimming or anything to give your body a change should help.
