I am in my 19th week almost 20th pf pregnancy... i say i m in my 5th month there s been a little ?

confusion with my hubby and i , according my pregnancy calenders there s 12 weeks in the first and 15 weeks in the second and 13 weeks in the third trimester.. so if i m in my 19th almost 20th weeks how many months am i?

Actually most full term pregnancy are 39 weeks... but doctors say babies born between 36 and 40 weeks are also considered full term.
