I am in my 20's and want to go to the 21 club in New York....though I am not sure how I will be treated because of my age? I am well aware of the dress requirements.

I would go.  You shouldn't worry about age equaling the kind of service you will receive.  If they mistreat you over if, ask to see a manager.

Here's the dress code:

Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket for lunch and jacket with tie for dinner. Denim and sneakers are not permitted.

go for dinner not lunch. at lunch the steady business clientele gets all the attention from the staff.

Dont draw attention to yourself by ordering the cheapest thing on the menu, dont try to bring in anyone that is not 21 or does not have id on them to prove it and order a bottle of wine not some drink that you saw on s*x in the city or in a rap video.
