  1. drink plenty of milk, for the protein and calcium.

  2. Exercise a lot, eat right, drink milk, and just take care of yourself!

  3. Exercise regularly, that is the key point. And the exercise does not necessarily need to be weight training, any type of exercise would help, either aerobic (walking, running, cycling etc.) or resistance (working out).

The intensity and the frequency of exercise does not need to be too much, either. Three to four times a week would be sufficient with enough intensity (meaning that you should get tired after your exercise).

  4. Try to remember that no matter how great you are feeling and how strong you are---take care of your back. If you over do now lifting and stretching it will come back to get you later.  Been there, used up my strength.  Use common sense.

  5. Keep moving! I just had my 2nd hip replacement, and it was due to not moving. If I had my life to live over, I would walk everywhere!

    I think I have a 2nd chance, and I will become a walking fool!

  6. Do weight bearing exercise like walking or jogging.  And take calcium and Vitamin D every day(Vitamin D gives the calcium a "boost".

  7. drink milk

  8. Eat & drink plenty of dairy products.

  9. sit with good posture

  10. Weight training is very good to promote bone density, try Yoga for good posture, and also a good diet rich in calcium and vegetables.

  11. I do agree with the milk and calcium suggestions.

Carbonated beverages(soda pop) disables the bodies ability to absorb the calcium. Drinking a lot of pop will lead to weak bones in the future. The carbonation is what causes the problems.

  12. buy some Pavel Tsatsouline books. Then be man and do what he says. Super joints is good for this topic but You should get power to the people.

Don't let that he's straight from Russia russian throw ou in these times .My people are cool

  13. Exercise regularly, eat enough calcium, maintain a healthy weight. Some problems in later years are due to injuries when younger and some problems are genetic.

  14. get lots of calcium and vitamin D.  Walk DO NOT RUN OR JOG as it is too hard on your joints. Exercise and diet are the keys to bone density.
