  1. If you are in yahoo, it may not. it will just become part of your email messages. it will blink, though, to let you know a message is there.


  2. your messenger must be offline right now.  First, sign into your messenger account by clicking next to your screenname (it'll say offline with a grey circle).  You'll find this area right above the Home Tab!!  Any more questions let me know! : )  Good luck!
