I go to Sorelle in Bartlett (even though I live in Naperville- I'm willing to travel just so I know I'm getting the best cut and style)- Michele Incrocci (hair) is FANTASTIC. Sorelle is like a mini-spa too- they do waxing, make up, nails yadda yadda yadda... It's really nice but can get a bit pricey depending on what you want. For a cut with Michele expect a wait list, and then to pay 40+ tip for a cut and style.
