Rather depends on where you live.  In England we have a magazine called Exchange & Mart which is full of secondhand volvo parts.  I have found the web address you could try this: exchangeandmart.co.uk

This is just a fuse, 25 amp.  It's a button because it's easier to reset, but you can splice in a large fuse in it's place, much cheaper, Let's make that less expensively.
