  1. I looked around some more and I can't come up with anything.  The best thing now would be to start putting wanted ads on bike forums and fixie groups....and maybe calling around the local bike shops to see what help you can get.  Someone may be willing to get in touch with their Shimano rep...there's a slim possibility that one may turn up that way.   Other than that, I guess you're looking at scrounging up a used one.   Heck, you might even be able to buy an old beater bike for $50 that has what you need.

Another thought is to call up the guys at Harris Cyclery.   They probably don't have one but they might, and if not they might be able to clue you in to someone else that might.

I only have one left now, and even though I turned that bike into a singlespeed, I'm not parting with the clamp, just in case.  lol.   :o)

Good luck....I'll keep my eyes open and let you know if something turns up.

(EDIT:  for kicks, http://www.aebike.com is another good source for parts and stuff that you don't find on most sites.  I checked there and they don't have anything either...but just so ya know.)

(RE-EDIT:  We have one shop in town that just might possibly have one of these....I'll call them up tomorrow or stop by if I can and let you know.)
