Yes I live just west of you and I could feel it in fact it woke me and my husband up..

There was an earthquake this morning at 4:37am. It was centered 7 miles east of West Salem Illinois. It was a 5.4 earthquake. I didn't feel it myself.  http://www.earthquake.usgs.gov/eqcenter/... view more info.
