  1. just sit down and try to touch your toes.  you dont need to do anything dramatically just keep stretching.  Also, icing it helps a ton.  it speeds up recovery and keeps down the pain and swelling.  dont stretch too much though.  i would maybe walk a little.  dont run though.  if you can run, then its not that badly injured...i would just take it easy for a while

  2. im also in 9th grade and do all three seasons of track. the best stretch to do is lie on your back and bend your knees, leaving your feet on the floor. then wrap your arms around your right knee and pull it up to your chest. do that 8 times. do that to your left hamstring too. then do both knees together 8 times.

  3. put your legs against a wall and reach out and try to touch it. it will hurt for a while.but in the end it will all be well worth it!! and sometimes you should just try to lift your leg....basically just try to stretch it on a regular basis!!

    ENJOY

  4. Be very careful, if you over stretch your  muscles then you are injuring them, not helping them.

    Massage and ice will help.

You can run at a speed that does not hurt so you can keep your cardiovascular conditioning without hurting your leg any more.
