Okay I am looking for something that has the best sound with the TV so I don't have to go out and get a system. i am getting a 37" because it fits in my cabinet.

One of the nicest 37" LCD TVs that I have ever had the pleasure to work with has been the Panasonic TC-37LZ85. This TV has one of the sharpest, brightest, & detailed picture qualities and very good black levels for an LCD TV. Though it does not have a 120 Hz refresh rate, its motion is smoother and has less blur than more expensive TVs with 4 msec. response LCDs (with 120 Hz refresh turned off).
