Your attorney (closing attorney I imagine) is waiting on paperwork regarding a power of attorney, last will and testament, community HOA paperwork... or some other type.  You should ask your attorney to be more specific on the documents they are waiting for.  Relax -- it's typical for attorneys to wait on paperwork before Closing.
