  1. As long as you are still in status on your F-1 visa, and the visa is not yet expired, you may leave the US and return.  However, it all depends on your country of nationality as to whether you will need a visa to enter the UK.


  2. more info needed.  Are you staying with friends or youth hostel or hotel.  Which ever plan on same daily cash as here for your personal use plus your travel funds and housing.  You may have to be really careful with your money but it should be worth it.
