I am installing a pioneer z2. Where is the speed sense wire on a 1998 corvette?

You will have to tap into the harness on the instrument cluster. You need to find the Green/white (A7-circuit 817) with a tan/white (A6-circuit 33) above it and a black (A8-circuit 150 ) below it..The other green/white (A10-circuit 357) oil temp has a blank and a gray on each side.

speed sense wire comes directly to the speedometer.

take your car to some car audio installer and they will do it for you.

in case you want to do it yourself

remove the dash board

take out the speedometer

and there you have it - the speed sence wire directly going in the meter.

if your not confident enof - don't do it yourself or you 'll mess up everthing
