I am installing granite tiles. What is the best sealer for the grout line and the granite?

I have granite tiles on a bathroom countertop and sealed the tiles and grout with a sealer called (unfortunately) an "impregnator."  It was easy to apply, lasts a long time, and has been very effective at reducing water spotting. This Old House contractor Tom Silva uses the same type of product on the solid granite countertops in his kitchen. Here's how to apply the stuff and the name of a couple products. However, you can get impregnator at a home center--it'll be in the tile section:
