It isn't!  It is a very well know scam.  It has been around for a very long time.  You send them money, they ask for more, you never get the dog!

There are plenty of dogs to adopt right where you live.  Forget about this, even if it is legitimate it would be expensive.  Adopt a local dog.

scam artist.  You send money/deposit...they email back saying there is a snag with shipping & send more money...then some other snag & more money.  Buyer beware.  No reputable breeder will blindly sell on the internet.
