I am interested in a Falabella as a pasture ornament/spoiled rotten pet. Does anyone know where I can find a breeder or where I can buy/ adopt one?

Before you go out and buy one, Inquire at local rescues first.

There are plenty of available, adoptable minis/horses out there deserving of a good home.

You didn't say where you live, but you can start at your local humane society or SPCA. They can give you some recommendations if they don't have what you want.
