I am interested in the CF Moto e-charm, 150cc, $2500, is it a good deal?

I've looked around and for the price it seems ok, but would like some feedback.

It seems the average price. However, in December I bought the Xingyue counterpart to the E-charm, the ITA 150. These bike are very similar but the E-charm is liquid cooled and from what I hear a tad better fit and finish. However, I only paid $1198 for the ITA delivered to my house. I dearly love my scoot and love the price I paid for it. Here is a comparison.
