don't know pricing but definitely do your research and/or get a recommendation from someone who has had it done and is happy with it. i have heard of people that got scarring and look worse than before.

Define upper eyelid surgery better. Are you a Korean with a single eyelid looking to get the double eyelid?  I saw a show on that.  Go to Mexico its cheaper
