I am interested in visiting Mysore, Belur, Halebid, Shravanabelagola and int. places around, Any suggestion ?

Take a bus from Bangalore Majestic bus station to Hasan. Start around 5.30am. 4 hours journey. Book into a hotel at Hasan and hire a cab immediately. Belur and Halebid are nearby. Shravanabelagola is about 80km in a different direction. Still you can cover all these in a single day. Come back to Hasan in the night. Stay and rest. Catch next day morning bus back to Bangalore. No prior reservation is required in these bus.

If you want to visit all places by bus, then visit Belur and Halebid on first day, vacate hotel next day morning and head for Shravanabelagola. From there you can catch bus back to Bangalore.

Shravanabelagola is on a small hill with lot of steps. You got to climb all by foot. No other transport possible. No shops at the top. So better pack some water and eatables to have the energy.
