I am interested to start a import export business from australia. what are guidelines and imp steps to follow

what can be done as a first step to be into export import business. i am in australia at the moment and obviously every business needs some guidelines and ethics to follow. if someone is already in export - import business can u provide me with some precious advice to get it started.

Check with US customs and AUS customs..
