am international student, i want to find a job in my school. but i have no more skills and experience.what i suppose to do to impove my experience? not only can i impove my english, but also get more money.

ask around the school. ask for these career counselling, and also peers for some input!

You have to start somehwere to gain the experience. Talk to the people in your school, they are usually nice and helpful.
