I am involved with a aman who a drug addict and doing rehab my childrens father wants custody? will he get it?

The fact that you're allowing the children around a man who is a drug addict (even if he’s in rehab) will work in Dad's favor big time.  Go talk to a local attorney.  But it might be time for you to decide which is more important to you--your kids or Boyfriend?

Unless you are putting your children in danger then the father won't get custody. Period.

Good for your boyfriend for realizing he has a problem and getting help. Hopefully he is serious about making changes.

Probably.  Don't you know that your children come first?  They don't need to be around a druggie doing rehab.  Are you that desperate for a man?  Can't you find someone who is straight up, honest, good worker, loves you, respects you?  You deserve a much better man than willing to lose your children over a druggie.  Then again, if you're with that kind of man, maybe your children will be better off with their father.  Your choice.  Your children should come first.
